Refund Policy for XScent

At XScent, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please review our refund policy below.

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer a refund or exchange for products that meet the following criteria:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If the product you received is damaged, defective, or not as described, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with proof of the damage or defect.

  • Incorrect Orders: If we sent you the wrong item, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that all returned items must be in their original, unopened condition, with packaging intact. We cannot accept returns or refunds for opened or used fragrances, due to health and hygiene reasons.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation (e.g., photos of damaged items).

  3. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the return of the original item and send you the replacement. If the replacement item is of greater value, you will be charged the difference.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used perfume products, due to hygiene reasons.

  • Any items purchased as part of a limited-time promotion or final sale.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective, or an error was made on our part.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
